Dover Shores Maps
Many people think that Dover Shores is a generic term for the our area and don't realize that it is a planned unit development with a Commununity Association. If a home is not a part of the Community Association and obligated to pay dues to it, it is not part of Dover Shores. This page includes several maps that identify which lots are part of Dover Shores and which are not. It also includes some historical information such as an early grading plan for Dover Shores.
